These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of DayWall: Calendar Wallpaper ("the App"), a native iOS application. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Description of the App

The App reads your device calendar (via Apple's EventKit) and renders it as a month-view image you can export as PNG. All data stays on your device — the App has no server, no account system, and no analytics.

Subscriptions and purchases

The App offers an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and managed entirely by Apple. By subscribing you agree to the following:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions at any time.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Prices are set in App Store Connect and may vary by region. Apple handles all payment processing, refunds, and billing inquiries.

Your data

The App does not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on any external server. Calendar and photo access are handled entirely on your device. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You may use the App only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. You must not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or misrepresent the App or its output.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use of the App is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any data loss or inaccuracies in the calendar view or exported images.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised when changes are made. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
